Showcase with Stars in Their Eyes

It was a long time coming-3 years to be exact!-since we tred the boards in front of a live audience. The build up to show night was hectic, a bit stressful perhaps with a heap of nervous anticipation and energy thrown in for good measure.

As I walked around the rehearsal space listening to each individual piece that our cast were working on,I was in complete awe. The talent coming out of our local community centre was inspiring and I felt a sense of pride. These incredible local individuals, coming together, supporting each other, all with the same shared passion-their love of performing and theatre.

Then there’s you! Our wonderful community, who came and supported us. Unsure of what to expect after a three year hiatus, you showed up and we sold out! Our Stars In There Eyes Showcase was a great success. Some of our cast were making their debut performance and we couldn’t be prouder of them. 

So what’s next? Well as the curtain closes on our showcase, rehearsals are now in full swing for our Panto-Cinderella And The Glass Baffie. “Oh yes they are” Get ready for all the backstage gossip and shinanagins heading your way!
